Our largest fleet at this year's #SWCMelb, the Optimist class saw 106 young, enthusiastic, noisy, International Optimist sailors drawn from around the globe.
There were nine New Zealanders, three Chinese, two Japanese, three Brazilians and 89 Australians from all states and territories.

Today is the first day of the #ISAF #SWCMelb at host club Sandringham Yacht Club.
Competitor registration is open all day starting from 9am.
Volunteer registration will take place outside the event regatta office from 10am today!
