The 2016 Rio Olympic Games is here!
The excitement has built to this day! The Rowing starts tomorrowwith the heats of events like the Single Sculls, Pairs, Doubles and Quads.
We have put together some information on the athletes from NSW who are representing Australia throughout the regatta.

JB Sharp Presentations
The 92nd JB Sharp Winter Series concluded on Sundaywith perfect conditions for the 5th and final regatta of the series, hosted by Leichhardt Rowing Club on Iron Cove.
It has been a fantastic series with a great number of competitors lining up at each regatta. Congratulations to everyone that attended the regatta and competed.

NSW Indoor Rowing Championships
On Saturday 10th September,Drummoyne Rowing Club and Total Conditioning are hosting the annual NSW Indoor Rowing Championships.
There are Age Categories as well as Lightweight / Heavyweight / Adaptive Categories all up for contention. Events contested include 2000m, 1000m, 500m and 1min crank!

The Chairman of Rowing NSW Major Partner Bentleys, Nigel Banks has written an open letter of support to all of the athletes and coaches from NSW that are a part of the Australian Olympic Team for Rio.
