Having made the chassis switch earlier in the year, we’re confident that as a team, we will be right up there in the championship. EurasiaMotorsport have already begun testing for the 2019/20 Asian Le Mans Series!
This week saw the team debut the first of the newer specification Ligier Automotive JS P217 LMP2 that will be eligible to join the Series for the first time in the 2019/20 Season.
The test went well with the team completing over 1000 kms of faultless running on the Sepang Circuit in Malaysia - where Round 3 of the Championship will be held.
The team take ownership of a second Ligier JSP 217 later this month, with more testing to follow.

“Most of the drivers wish to complement their European programme by participating in competitions with good conditions during Winter. The Asian Le Mans Series meets these needs through the quality of the selected circuits and through its organisation.
“Our sporting goals will be ambitious; we will seek to win the LMP3 title so that we can get an invitation for the 24 hours of Le Mans 2020. For that, we have faith in the manufacturer Norma with the Norma M30 and in the well-experienced race driver, Eric Trouillet. We have to complete the driver line up by selecting one or two silver race drivers. We will sign up for a second Norma M30. Sébastien Page will be going on the trip as well.

The 62 competitors in the 87th annual 24 Hours of Le Mans race (15-16 June 2019) will take to the track today for free practice and the first qualifying session. Earlier in the day, the pit lane will open to pit walk ticket holders.
